Happy new year!
I hope your holiday season was warm, festive, and loaded with carbs. Welcome back to the real world. As you read this newsletter, I am in Florida visiting my in laws, but it'll be business as usual beginning Thursday, January 8. I DO have access to email while away, so email me with your appointment requests. Put yourself first in the new year.
The great thing about being in such a personalized business and working for myself, I have the opportunity to constantly evolve and change things to make this the best experience for all of us. To that end...
I have been teasing for a while about a potential new office space. I wish I had a definitive, but it's still up in the air for a variety of reasons I won't bore you with and that are completely out of my control anyway. But, you'll be the first to know when I find out more. I want a quieter, more private space as much as you do.
Just a reminder that the price on packages DROPPED in December. Single session rates remain the same, but you can save even more if you buy in bulk. 3, 5, and 10 packs are available.
In an effort to make the schedule more efficient and make more desirable hours available, I will be tweaking my schedule in late January/early Feb. This will make more evening hours available and give me a bit more structure in my overall life making for better service for you.
Next week, I am sending out a very short survey. I hope to find out more about your needs and preferences so that I can give you the best experience possible. It's completely anonymous, and should take about 3 minutes to complete. You can also enter the drawing to win a free massage!
Organize yourself in the new year
It's the start of a new year!! While most people attempt to revamp their diet and exercise plans at this time of year, I prefer to do a winter clean out and organize myself. It's hard to get motivated in the winter to do anything besides lie around, but reorganizing my life helps give me more energy and keeps me motivated on those cold/rainy/snowy days.
So, how can you organize yourself in the new year? Read on for some ideas.
