Is it September already?!
This summer has been a whirlwind. The new office has kept me busy, and I am so grateful for all of the love you have shown me. I have been thrilled to develop new treatment plans with many of you, and to offer a more relaxing environment for those of you who were already frequent flyers.
I can't believe it's September! I will have a few days off here and there during the month as I move into my new house. But, the schedule should remain fairly unchanged from usual. I remain busy with an active waiting list, so I encourage you to book in advance to ensure you get appointments when you need them.

I was featured in Massage Magazine!
Newsletters will now be issued every other month instead of every month to allow me time to develop more useful content.
Planned for autumn - I intend to launch a little retail shop featuring handmade items such as bath salts, and hot packs. I hope to launch before the holiday season.
SAVE THE DATE: Open House Friday, September 25 4-7pm. Come have a snack, take a tour, ask me questions, and/or see what else is going on at Armonk Physical Therapy.
How to make massage more cost effective
Due to the ever-rising costs of doing business, I can't afford to offer sales as much as I would like. However, there are some easy ways to make massage more affordable that you can take advantage of RIGHT NOW.
- Referral discount - Get $20 off your next purchase when someone you refer receives a session
- Buy a package - Buying in bulk saves $
- Share a package - I allow packages to be shared, so, split a package with a friend or family member
- Receive regular massage - Massage received regularly is more effective than massage received sporadically. So, you'll get the biggest bang for your buck with REGULAR treatments. Here are some other ways to get the most out of your massage.
